CMG Group received P2 Group’s ‘People Performance Award’ in 2007.   P2 Group have worked side by side with CMG since 2003, implementing the P2 Group Injury Management process to take control and address the rise in WorkCover premium. This partnership has seen CMG’s WorkCover premiums decrease significantly, with 2006/07 resulting in Zero standard claims across 4 worksites. CMG have gained control of their worker’s compensation claims, achieved significant savings and is on target for further savings. CMG have successfully made the transition from Injury Management to Injury Prevention.
