P2 Group was engaged by the Chief Financial Officer of CMG, a medium size Victorian employer.
P2 Group has worked side by side with CMG since 2003, implementing the P2 Group Injury Management process to take control and address the rise in WorkCover premium.
This has seen CMG’s WorkCover premiums decrease significantly, with 2006/07 resulting in Zero standard claims across four worksites. CMG has gained control of their worker’s compensation claims, achieved significant savings and is on target for further savings. CMG has successfully made the transition from Injury Management to Injury Prevention.
