P2 Group reward Businesses with ’People Performance Awards’. These rewards recognise businesses who achieve and maintain outstanding results in their WorkCover Injury Management and Injury Prevention.

Liberty Financial received P2 Group’s ‘People Performance Award’ in 2008.   P2 Group have continued to work closely with Liberty Financial, implementing the P2 Group Injury Management process to take control and address the rise in WorkCover premium. Liberty Financial have continued to achieve significant savings and have gained control of their workers’ compensation claims. Liberty Financial have successfully made the transition from Injury Management to Injury Prevention.

CMG Group received P2 Group’s ‘People Performance Award’ in 2007.   P2 Group have worked side by side with CMG since 2003, implementing the P2 Group Injury Management process to take control and address the rise in WorkCover premium. This partnership has seen CMG’s WorkCover premiums decrease significantly, with 2006/07 resulting in Zero standard claims across 4 worksites.
