Katherine is an Occupational Therapist with experience in providing injury management and injury prevention services to employers. Katherine is gaining Workers’ Compensation Industry experience in both the public sector and private sector and is dedicated to the P2 Group vision of educating and empowering employers to better understand, become involved and take control of the Occupational Health of their workforce.

Katherine can deliver advice on workplace injury management, injury prevention, case management, ergonomic assessments, workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, early intervention / education for managers and health promotion within the workplace.

Katherine has a Bachelor of Occupational Science and Therapy with first class Honours, in which she studied the experiences of adults with an intellectual disability in supported employment in a hospitality setting.
