James Kydas is a Director of P2 Group with over 20 years of consulting experience. James has worked for some of the world’s leading consulting companies – EDS and Accenture in Australia, USA and Europe. His Industry experience includes Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Property Construction and Maintenance, Food-Production, Media and Transportation.

James has been responsible for developing Business Information Management Plans, re-engineering Business Processes, consolidating International Operations and improving Injury and Prevention Management Solutions.

More recently, James has consulted to the Victorian WorkCover Authority and is now dedicated to the P2 Group vision of educating and empowering employers to better understand and take control of their WorkCover, injury management and prevention management relating to their workforces.

James has a Bachelor of Applied Science.
